Spirit & Sound Spiritual Wellness Event on August 23rd at the Yurt, from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm. It’s a self-guided day dedicated to healing, reflection, and connection, designed to nurture and connect your mind, body, and spirit.
What to Expect:
Ongoing Sound Baths - Experience a variety of sound baths throughout the day, some featuring the pure frequencies of sound bowls, others combined with reiki or meditation to deepen your relaxation. Facilitated by Josee Malzone & Hannah Wallace
Realign & Connect with your body with yoga, and somatic movement with Ginette D’Entremont guiding you to fully immerse yourself in a holistic experience of movement, sound, and healing
Moments of Nature - Explore the beautiful land surrounding the Yurt, sit in reflection, and ground yourself with nature.
Self-Reflection Stations - Engage with oracle cards, tarot cards, the ho'oponopono cleansing station, pendulum work, and more!
Divine Pyramids - Beautiful divine pyramids will be available for sale, perfect for enhancing your energy practice and space.
Nourishing Snacks - Enjoy wholesome foods and drinks available throughout the event.

Reiki Sessions with Jade Fraser - Pre-register to secure your spot in our schedule, or book the day of if there is still availability.
All activities are designed to allow you to move at your own pace, explore freely, and embrace your spiritual journey in a supportive, beautiful setting.
